I live in Atlanta and am looking to get my ss tuned. Does anyone have any experience with this shop? They are very popular with our local corvette group, www.peachstateposse.org (http://www.peachstateposse.org) . I know one of the members had his ss tuned there, but I think I saw you replied to his thread on *********

yeah, I think he is a fairly busy guy, as he doesn't post much on the other site either, but if you join and ask, plenty of people will give you thier experiences with mti.

Let me know if you decide to go there and get a tune. I had mine on the dyno with only 226 miles, it put down 326rwhp bone stock (2wd). I'd like to tag along if you go for a tune, and possibly make another run with mine as well. I just got the diablo and I'm impressed with the seat of the pants meter, but would like to do a before/after dyno run as well as check out your custom tune results to compare.

I live in Acworth, Ga. and have spoken to one of the guys over at MTI Racing. They are located in the same business park as the one I work in. He quoted me $600.00 for the tune and dyno testing. They have done work on a few of the TBSS's so they are familiar with it. As far as their reputation goes...well they are pretty much the best as far as the Corvette and the LS motors go. Super nice guys!! A little pricey buy they say the tune really wakens up the TBSS. Guy's name was Reece Cox I believe. I just couldn't justify spending $600.00 right off the bat with this thing so I went with the Diablo Predator. Love it!!...Hope I was helpful

So far I'm pretty happy with the Diablo, I hope to get to the track soon to compare stock vs. diable tune.

Which "tune" did you install? Have you messed with any of the "power enrichments" in the "modify tune" area or anything else. I just installed the Diablo tune, but im wanting to get the most bang for my buck with this thing. Any suggestions??? Anyone??

Initially I installed the "Diablo" tune, but later went back in and hit modifiy and changed the upper rpm curve to add 1 degree of timing. So far no knock under WOT using the live data stream feature. For what I paid, I'm satisfied for now. I will eventually drop the $$ on HPTuners and dyno tune it, but not until I get some $$ together for mods. Once I pick up some mods I'll sell the Diablo handheld and get serious. This is great for now..

I live in Covington in SE ATL, I got a Vector tune in mine almost right after I got it and love it. I might have to see what the MTI guys are doing with our TBSS's sometime

they say that they are having "some very impressive gains" with their tune. They are also putting together some other performance packages for the TBSS i.e...headers, CAI, etc... You should see some of the vettes coming and going to their shop...WOW!!!!!
