:worried: Hello everyone. I feel that i need to reintroduce myself. I know i have told lies in the past about me having a "wife and kids" but here is my confession!
Im a 15 year old kid!! My name is Kelvyn Panici. I was trying to sound more adult so i could fit in with what seams like a grown-up croud. However, some posts were written from my dads point of view, for examples "Towing in british columbia" was written as if I would be driving, when in fact it would be him.
However, all my intrests and opinions are not fabricated.
Insted of "my wife" being cautious about the lease, it is my dad who is.
I have been feeling that i have been getting the cold sholder from some members because i do not post in the proper threads. In the future i will try to make use of the search function more frequently
I would ask that everyone here give me another chance and try to treet my equally dispite my age and allow me to continue to be a part of this great community. I hope this explains why you guys would have to give sometimes simple instructions that an adult would know.
Sincerly,
Kelvyn Panici
P.s.- Tommy, the reason you are sending the TrailVoy.com stickers to "Venerino" because that is my dad's name.
Tommy

 I wasn't fooled. I called it exactly what you just said above 3 days ago to the staff and mods. :D
No one has to lie about who they are or how old they are here. If you read the slogan in the top banner it says, "The Chevy Trailblazer & GMC Envoy Enthusiast Website" You dont have to be an owner to be in our community, but you are definitely an enthusiast.
As long as you or any member/future member acts in a manner that follows the forum/site guidelines, everyone is welcome here. What are the guidelines? Well they are kind of spread out across the forum in different posts, but we are working on posting a complete set of easy to follow forum/site rules.
Basically, as long as you keep it friendly, I dont see a problem here. Don't make posts just to up your post count, and cool it on the 10-20 smilies per post. Use the search feature so you don't have to ask a question that has already been answered, and don't talk to yourself in your threads/posts.:D
And thats about it.
Later,
MoJoe

I will say this now, it is very cool you came out with the truth, and I can respect that. It is also neat that you share so much passion for the TB/Envoy platform. Just be yourself from now on. No one here will be any different to you because you are young. :)

Hmmm... If my 15 year old started tampering with my new truck in any way, he would have more than just a little burn on his hand to worry about.
Isn't there a playstation site or something you could annoy? How about not posting unless you have some relevant material to bring up?

Isn't there a playstation site or something you could annoy? How about not posting unless you have some relevant material to bring up?While I would be a little less rude about it, he has a point in that you've been flooding the site with posts recently, making you come across as a young kid (its normal for people your age to talk too much)(I don't think anyone is suprised btw). If you want people to accept you, I recommend only posting when you have relavant information to add to a thread. If you have a question, first of all, SEARCH, not only here but also google and other car forums. At $15, a chiltons or hayes manual is also a good investment for questions as to how to remove things and and where parts are located. If you still haven't found an answer, pose your question with any relavant information and details about caveats for your specific application beforehand to avoid a string of posts where details trickle in. I'm not staff here but I think it would be best if the tech talk forum was as lean as possible as far as off the topic posts and also redundant threads for information archving/searching sake. :m2: The "delete this thread" "delete that thread" posts were getting a bit ridiculous and annoying. Put some thought into how you're going to be percieved before hitting that Submit button.
As far as the lounge goes thats morphed into a big keg party as of late. http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/images/smilies/friday.gif
I'm sure the staff will lay it all out in the forthcoming Trailvoy Constitution and Bill of Rights as to how they want the site to be used...

@jimmyjam
Your right, i have been posting alot lately! Its just because like you said, kids talk alot and also i LOVE my dads TrailBlazer :D. Lol and the title Shocking Introduction was kinda in a sarcastic tone since i made it pretty obivous
Thanks, i will definately search more and not create new threads.
I hope to be more of a contributing member in the future and not so much of a, i guess Spammer.
Thanks for all the imput guys

Whoa, whoa dude... slow down there a bit. Yes, I know he has been annoying and a total PITA to all of us, but atleast he finally came out with it. Granted he probably would've been on the path to being banned otherwise, but still at least now it's over (assuming he actually has learned his lesson). :duh:
Aside from that I echo the sentiments of everyone exactly. Jimmyjam, good call on your post. :m2:

Wow, looks like I missed a lot today.
Tommy has made us one hell of an awsome community for us, and we all love to help eachother, and hear eacthother's opinions and lessons learned. We are just trying to uphold what makes us different from other sites where everyone is bashing everyone and no one wants to help anyone. And like someone here said, consider how you will accross to other members in your posts.

You have to admit, it is frustrating trying to filter through a bunch of meaningless posts like that though, when you don't have all day to surf the net.
I come here to get useful information, which a lot of you guys provide on a regular basis. If I see something I can relate to, I will pipe in with :m2:
If he has learned his lesson, then fine. Otherwise the site starts to look like just another one of those less desirable ones.
