I have an 02 Envoy and I am looking to drop it an dI am wondering if there is much difference in quality in the djm suspension kit or the belltech kit. I know the belltech is supposed to be a 2" front 3" rear and the djm is 2" front and 4" rear. I need some suggestions. If anyone has either of these kits on their vehicle let me see some pics so I can decide on what kit to buy? I am also riding on 22s and am wondering if I shoukd expect the tires to rub when the truck is lowered?

ZRWON has 22s with the ground force lowering kit. I think that he said he had a rub only at full turn or lock of steering wheel. What 22s you got?

I have 22's with 285/35/22 tires and the 2/4 DJM drop... Pictures in the gallery area. I do not have any steering problems and it does not rub up front at all. Sometimes when I hit a big bump the tires will rub a little on my back right side, but it doent happen enought for me to want to change anything though.

Ok gang well I ordered my Belltech Lowering System last week. I will be receiving it in about 3 weeks. I am really excitied I have been searching for a good system for about 4 months and I finally decided to go with the Bel-140 from BellTech. It is a 2/3 drop. Well here is the thing. I have noticed many of the members with the Ground Force kit and a few with the DJM. I bet some Eibach are out there but I don't know anyone with the BellTech Kit. Any one have the kit? How was your install? Faced any challenges? Is it working out for you?

Wow, where did you order the kit from? I paid $375.90 with shipping from styling concepts. I am not too happy with their customer service considering it has been three weeks and still havent received the item. I emailed them, and they wrote back saying that they would not be shipping the item out until Sept. 29 due to back order. I would have to say that is a big lack of communication on their part, so I will be cancelling my order. :duh:

Go to Summit Racing. They were very helpful. I ordered my kit maybe a week ago and they said 3 weeks til it comes to my door. But I can wait a bit. Cancel that order.

I would like to see how it turns out as well. Are you going to install it, or have a shop do it?

I did it myself with a friend who works at my local dealership. I will take the pics after the springs settle a bit, plus some damn hurricane is coming my way anyways. So far, I have been getting so many looks while i'm driving. I Love IT!
