I am interested if you installed a trans temp guage to see the results. Are you running a stall? Got any photos? Thanks for your help.

I have one, not in an SS, but it is the same thing to install. Works much better when towing, but I dont have a temp guage. There is at least one member who used the spot where the 4WD/TC switch goes on regular TBs for his temp guage...

I had a B&M SuperCooler #70264 installed when I had my Yank 3600 TC installed. I did not do the trans temp gauge install, I'm going on faith that the additional cooler is keeping temps down. I will try and post some pics of the cooler install tonight, as some have requested to see how it was hard plumbed. i don't think I will be able to get really good pics until I can get it back up on a hoist (hopefully next week as some more bolts ons will be getting installed!).

Are you satisfied with the yank 3600? Any +/-?

Yes, the yank SS 3600 makes the truck like night & day. With this TC you can pretty much expect to take anyone outta of the whole that is running a normal street tire. If you have a loud exhaust, the TC magnifies it a bit because your running at higher rpms when taking off in normal city driving, but I don't even notice now. Gas mileage took a hit 1-2mpg worse as I do mainly all city driving, once it is fully locked (around 35mph), it is no different than stock. If you are the type that loves to spin the tires every once in a while, than this is your golden ticket! Still waiting for some friends to head out for a track day soon (damn Z06 & F-body guys always wanting every last part on before track day!).

Will it hold the stock tires at the strip? I'm not interested in blazing the tires I would rather run a quicker short time so I want it to hook.

Haven't went to the strip yet, but on the street the stock tires want to start breaking the stall around 3000-3200 rpm. This obviously varies on type of surface you're on, so at a decent track, they should hold just fine. If I can get to the track one of these days, I'll post the times, should be some very nice 60fts though!
