First, welcome to the site!!
Its good that you have a waranty, that definately sounds like something that would be covered by the waranty. Are you saying that its directly related to you filling up the gas tank?

Hi,
I checked them and they open just fine. Please make sure that your have the latest version of acrobat reader installed. You can also try right click and save target as, to save it to your computer and try to open it that way.
Thanks,

Your problem could also be related to a bad cansiter purge solenoid, after refueling the canister might be fairly loaded and that together with a bad canister purge solenoid could cause a very rich mixture which would also explain stalls and the engine not reving up on acceleration.
Have them check the canister purge solenoid, its located close to the throttle body, there is a diagram on fgilter box showing it's location.
Cheers

You're not over filling or "topping off" are you? I believe that can cause problems. I think it has to do with what Envoy62 is talking about.

A couple of things can cause the problem you are talking about. One being that the purge solenoid is sticking open, but that would cause problems most of the time, not just when starting after filling. If you overfill the tank and fuel gets into the vapor canister, that can cause your problem. You should never top off these newer vehicles, the evaporative emission systems are very sensitive and if you get too much fuel into the vapor canister, it will need to be replaced at the owners expense. Another commonly overlooked cause can be if you are using too high a grade of fuel. These trucks are designed to run on 87 octane, if you run the high-test in them, you can end up with stalling issues at startup.
