Is it possible to have a ballon pop up with the first few lines of a thread when you roll your pointer over the thread title? I know a lot of the vbulletin forums are like this.

I believe that is a feature of vBulletin 3.5.0 RC1. The new unstable & buggy version that is still being tested. We are running the latest stable version, 3.0.8. When they release a stable version, we may upgrade to it.

Thanks,

This forum http://www.icixsound.com/vb/index.php? is Version 3.0.0 Release Candidate 4 and it has it, and this one http://www.fullsizechevy.com/forums/ is Version 3.0.3 and it has it. Those are just a couple I had bookmarked that I knew have the feature turned on.

I agree, that is a very helpful feature.

I thought you meant the new Ajax system in 3.5.0.:duh: I have enable the thread preview feature. It's working now.

Thanks,

We have already had a suggestion on that, and Tommy has decided to keep it turned off in the interest of the forum's speed.
