Would like to get feed back from people that have installed a Yank 3600 stall TC.

Mine will be here Tuesday and wondering if there have been any problems???

I will be adding a B&M supercooler as well. (Trans)

Chris White is doing my VMS tune as we speak and going to put on his CAI...... Can't wait to get this all together!!!

As long as you don't tow more than 3,000lbs, you should be ok.

sorry for sounding noobish, but what does a tourqe convertor do when you upgrade it? like, how is it different?

with everyone having so many tranny problems why are you putting a converter in your ss. Now dont get me wrong I want to put one in to, but when the tranny goes it will take your new converter with it, so why dont you get a built transmission and not have to deal with that and the warranty. just a thought not bashing anyone.

It allows you to get a higher RPM launch.

Faster off the line.

I guess I haven't heard about the Tranny problems.

I know there is a bulletin out on the rear end and I am getting the fix.
I work at a Chevy dealership so I keep up on this stuff.
Future plans include a trany build up but the tranny should hold.
If not..........

I will be the first to post any problems...

Kids are grown and gone...... What else do I have to spend my money on???

i was reading on the trailblazerss site and it seemed like alot of them were having to get tranys installed aready. But if there are alot of you guys that are running with a converter and not having problems i will be ordering mine. I just hate to spend the money on a converter and then the trans takes a **** and junks my converter

I am going with the SS3600. There was a thread that actually said the Yank got rid of some of the tranny issues. :)

Sure will, once the tranny is completely dead. :D A larger stall converter helping to save the tranny... now that's some great marketing! Is it a Toyota built converter? Because they have some killer marketing...
