I was planning to replace the rotors in front and rear and going for drilled ones. My Voy is model 2002 SLT 4wd and the Ebay guy mentioned to me wether I had long or short wheelbase. How can I find that out which wheelbase my Voy has ?:confused:

It's the SWB unless you have a seven-passenger Envoy XL.

How easy this was. So SWB stands for short ones and XL for LWB.
Many thanks for pointing this out for me.:o

or you happen to drive an envoy XUV. They are LWB with only two rows of seating.

No problem. Always glad to help. :D

Speaking of Iceland, have you ever seen the show Lazy Town? My kids love it and it's one of the only things on TV recently that I can remember seeing from Iceland. :undecided

Lasy Town is the most rating TV show in Iceland for kids. My son loves it and I can tell you that he knows every song and person and sometimes he is killing me singing in the car everytime we are driving around. Sometimes at work I start to sing those songs and that tells me "Enough"
I do not know wether you know the show called "Supernova Rockstar but there is one Icelander onboard and is potential rock singer.
By the way, the Ebay guy is talking about wheelbase 113 inches. Does that fit for SWB ?:)

I would assume that my Envoy SLE is a SWB, but you know what they say about assumptions.

Can someone verify the I have the 113 SWB?

Does your rear door protrude into the rear wheel well? If so it is short.

Yes it does. Is there anyway to verify this on any tags/stickers?

I don't know about tags/stickers, but on my EXT the rear door ends BEFORE the rear wheel well. My wife noticed this when we were buying ours at the dealership. I counted seats myself. 2 rows of seats = SWB, 3 rows of seats = LWB. I have a 05 Trailblazer booklet from Chevy that shows the dimensions of the vehicles, and the wheelbase is indeed 113 on the SWB, and 129 on the LWB.

OK, guys here is the rundown for SWB and LWB trucks:

SWB= Short Wheel Base - 113" long
LWB= Long Wheel Base - 129" long

All SWB models are 5 passenger, all LWB models are 7 passenger (except for the Envoy XUV). 2 rows of seats = SWB, 3 rows = LWB (XUV exception here again).

SWB models:
TrailBlazer LS, LT, LTZ, SS 5 passenger
Envoy SLE, SLT, Denali 5 pass
Bravada
Ranier
9-7X
Ascender (5 pass)

LWB models:
TrailBlazer LS EXT, LT EXT, LTZ EXT
Envoy SLE XL, SLT XL, Denali XL
Envoy XUV (only 5 pass LWB model ever made)
Ascender 7 pass

Chill, nukedog. I'm just trying to get some info.
Doing some maintenance on the vehicle b-4 the baby comes and want the correct parts.

BTW, I thought that the purpose of this forum is to help people gain knowledge on their vehicles. Not to ridicule them for lack of.
