just wanted to say hi.

anyway i brought my TB in for a car wash.

I let the rainsense wipers on in the car wash :(

but they were ok.

Then the guys dryed down my car with a towel and scratched my driver side fender. Good thing some rubbing compound got out the scratches.

oh and they also lost my onstar antenna for like 10 mins.

Don't think im going back there anymore.

Yes, the site is brand new. Thank you for the compliments. I will be completing the other areas of the site over the next few weeks. I am also working with a couple of vendors to advertise on this site and offer group buys to our members with a discount. One vendor is a Wheel & Tire retailer, so once the deal is set, I will update everyone.

About me:

I am a car & truck enthusiast, and currently have a 2004 Trailblazer LT & a 1987 Buick Grand National. The Grand National has 12,000 original miles and is my garage queen. My previous daily driver vehicle was a 2002 Trailblazer.

Feel free to email me if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Tommy

This is great. Thanks for putting together. We just picked up the new TB and I love it. We also have a 99Tahoe and love that one. Went looking for a new HOE but man are they crazy with the pricing? We took a TB for a ride and fell in love. And that's where the story starts to get interesting.

When we went to the dealer we did not know about the rebates and it just happen to be the last day of the offer (they did extend it the next day). I also found out from the salesman that I was able to get the GM supplier price and including the rebates it was a sweat deal. We signed the deal on the Tuesday night and where going to come back the next day to pick up the new truck.

Lets setup the next day. The salesman is in the hospital and the GM from the night before is not there either. So they have this other salesman going to make the deleivery.

He starts to fill out the Odometer statement and it says 1100 miles, what the f@#$, the truck I drove last night had 7. The salesman says its not his sale and does not know what’s going on. I went to go look at the truck and what do I find? The driver side rear door is damaged. That’s it, I told him I’m not taking the truck.

Well he goes to see what happened. Comes back and says that they can fix the door. Well that’s fine but I’m not taking it. I just happen to see that the rebates where extended for another two weeks. I tell the salesman that if he can’t get me a new truck that we don’t have a deal. Well he leaves back to the little room and returns with an offer to knock 7 dollars off my monthly payment, I say that’s insulting and goodbye.

The manager catches use as we are walking out the door and says that they have an LT that cost a little more then the LS that I wanted and maybe we could work something out.

Well my wife (the one with the set) says we’ll take that one for the same price or we’re leaving. To make a very long store just long, we are the proud owners of a new LT.

Thanks for reading and I hope to be able to contribute to this great forum.

Hey man, welcome to the site. Sounds like they tried a switch-r-roo! Since you spoke of the rebates, im guessing you got a new 2004 LT. Glad to hear it all worked out. Good luck with it.
