Since I have bought my SS, i was curious if you see another SS do you wave. I have not come across another one yet. But If I do I will :raspberry Kind of like the Vet wave.

They're still rare enough that most I've seen wave. That's how I ended up racing one a while back, it all started with the wave.:D

Hey, you might be on to something. I have given "the nod" a couple times. Talked to one guy for a few minutes.

Can't help think of the Larry David (Curb your enthusiasm) Prius wave

I saw one the other day, and drove next to it in traffic for a couple miles, and the guy absolutely refused to acknowledge or even look at me. Otherwise I probably would have waved or nodded. The couple other ones I've seen have been parked or at a distance.

I tried to wave but the lady driving the SS just looked at me with a funny "why are you waving" look. Maybe it was all the blond hair dye that had soaked into her brain.

I've got more waves and talked to more people in traffic that are driving a NON-SS Trailbalzer. I have yet to have an SS driver wave.... maybe I will trying honking, rev the motor, and give them the finger... atleast I should get some type of response, right :undecided

I have passed a few going the opposite wave and they noticed me and we both waved. now if I saw fishhunter911 I would probally give him a wave and then the finger bc he's not being fair about his license plate! LOL

I bought my TBSS last week, but I still havn't seen a single TBSS every on the roads yet. The only other TBSS's i've seen are the ones I saw last Friday at the local meeting trailvoy had at the BW3 wing place in West Chester.

You can always go with the tried and true "Thumbs up". That's a throw back to my 1987 Grand National, but it still gets the point across.

I've only seen one other on the road where we made eye contact. He gave me the peace sign and I gave him the thumbs-up.

I'll wave or beep at another SS. Dont see em too often, and about half are from out of town.

I've been next to 2 women lately at stoplights, who are driving TBSS's. They just keep talkin' on the damn phone, completely oblivious to the me in my TBSS tryin to get their attention. I knew I should've bought a 'vette; they bring the attention. Damn.
On a more positive note, I clicked off a 14.05 tonight(AWD)-still bone stock. On a less positive note, there was a guy in a stock Charger SRT8 clicking off 13-teens at 106 mph. But I probably spent $10 grand less than he did. That's where I can hang my hat! Yipee! I knew this thing was better at something.

I regularly see 6-8 TBSS's daily on my work commute & around town. Me, I can spot an SS from 1/4 mile away. I give the wave (always), but they seem oblivious to the fact that I'm also in an SS and/or don't even see me wave. I just chalk it up to the fact that most people don't pay attention to their surroundings when they're driving. They just keep looking straight ahead....

I usually wave, but I don't think anyone has ever waved back, which makes me feel dumb for waving in the first place :o

Corvette owners are hit or miss...most are too snobby to wave back from what ive seen....i wave to all others vettes, but i do occasionally see the odd guy in the beat up 81 vette who refuses to wave..."Save The Wave"
