:undecided I think it is when the buyer is trading in or owns a competing brand of vehicle.

Some dealers have $500.00 certificates that they are offering on some deals.

Just to follow up, Conquest (rebate) is (was?) available from Pontiac and perhaps some others when another brand (Chrysler, Ford, Honda, whatever) vehicle is registered to the same household... $1,000... Not available from Chevrolet...
