My buddy and I are thinking about going to Columbus on November 18 for the Ohio State vs Michigan game. Tickets are between $500-1000 apiece :eek: , so we're just gonna go up and tailgate. Anyone else up for some cold-weather BBQ and mayhem? :D

My wife and I are thinking about getting some things together because we have some people coming to town.
Just open up the back hatch and fill it with a TV:yes:

I have my flipdown but no TV tuner with it yet. Shoulda thought about getting one sooner. :duh:

If OSU and UM run the table, that'll be cheap for tix. Have you been to an OSU-UM tailgate? Out of control, and this year it's a 3:30 kick. ABC may find it necessary to move it back to 8. Then what? It'll be one big f#@%ing party when we the Bucks win. We riot if we win and we riot if we lose.
Anyway, I'd love to join you, but I'm not drivin' my TBSS down to the Schottenstein parking lot that day. My wife has a POS Altima we use for parking on campus. I've seen 4 or 5 other TBSS in Columbus and I'd like to maybe try to get something together at some point, but, if history is any indication, I won't be driving that weekend-if you know what I mean.
If you decide to come to town, let me know-I'd like to meet other TBSS owners.
BTW- National Trail Raceway is running a $10 test and tune Sunday Oct.22 and 29 from 12 to 5pm. If the weather is decent, I will probably be there for one or the other with my TBSS and my '67 Riviera. My TBSS ran 14.05 at Marion two weeks ago bone stock and my Riv is aching to get a baseline ET and MPH. Anyone else from central OH interested?

Ahh, OSU vs Mich.. Crazy memories.. The only part of Ohio that is actually
worth remembering :)

I have some friends that are going to have a tailgate party....you know were I'll be. I'm not exactly sure were they are going to be set up yet. The good thing is that my wife's office is close enough that we can park in her lot with no problem and walk to were we need to go.

We decided not to go. My buddy has to work Saturday morning since they'll be off for Turkey Day. We're gonna order pizza and have a couple drinks and watch it at my house. Have fun for me. I'm living vicariously through you this Saturday, dtown. :yes:

UM sent out a mass email with about the game Saturday. It told people to keep a low profile until you get into the stadium, car pool and if possible drive a car that doesn't have Mich plates, they are sending UM police (doesn't really make since because of jurisdiction), telling people to call 911 if they feel threatened and a number that can put them in direct contact with UM police.:crazy::eek:

If anyone wants to know were the UM team is staying let me know; it's about 4 blocks away from were I'm sititng right now. We can go over there and test out there "emergency management fan plan", lol.
