I see that it appears that you can do a Crank Angle Variable relearn using the Scanner VCM Tools.

I'd like to use it and have a spare PCM all set up, but I can never get it to let me do a relearn?

It always says "TPS Too High" (it's at the normal 17-18% idle reading for the LS2 ETC).

How do I get it to work?

Had to go out and get my interface serial number to log in to their new web page ... thought maybe I'd get a quick answer here.

Hey Ken,

One of the things I just learned (not related to case relearn) is that if you get another PCM you have to use more credits !

The credits are tied to the PCM.

Did you download the new release they posted last night?

*DOH*

:undecided Thinking about it, it makes sense though in the licensing scheme ... no way to tell if the PCM will go in the same vehicle or a different vehicle.

I guess I'm OK with it ... I'll just get the credits ONCE I know that I can do a CASE relearn.

I posted on the HPT BB in another thread and added the info I know (CASE is different for the ECT vehicles). I may end up just using another tool ...

I'm downloading the new release right now ... looks cool!
