Wow, now this is my first PCM tune.. but I can say its the best $150 I have spent on my truck so far! The power is increadable.. my truck feels like a V8, well minus the V8 engine sound. I can honestly say there is HUGE diffrence. The engine revs smoother, and shifts dont hang like they do on the stock PCM. I had my truck LOADED down with a trailer full of concrete bags.. 45 80# bags to be exact, and its pulled so smooth.. if it wasnt for the hard time braking all that weight I wouldnt be able to tell I was towing.. which all of you that have towed with stock Trailblazer know is shifts slow and has a hard time getting up to speed.

My tune is Mid-Grade fuel, 2 shift, with light towing, exhaust and air intake. I still have stock exhaust and stock intake.. I cant wait to see the increase after those installs!

WOULD RECOMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A TUNE. Ordered it on Monday, and got it on Thurs, custom tuned an all. Install is a breeze.

Mr. Corona ..... He who hesitates bla bla...... Just do it! (thankyou Sea-Doo) It will be the best money that you spend on the truck. Talk to the PCMforless guys and get it done!

(Hells bells I have a Westers tune :x and here I am pushing this tune) It's a great deal ..... you don't want to miss it! Good for you and good for the truck. :D

I have a 2003 TB LT 4x4. Stock exhaust, and intake.. this this is a beast now.. honestly feels like a small v8. This thing pulls throught he gear so smooth and with so much power to spare. The stock PCM would hang on shifts, and would delay the shift when reving high.. but this tune shifts so smooth. I can see how it saves gas.. it doesnt waste time in the high RPM range when crusing, or getting up to speed quickly.

I recommend anyone looking for a tune to jump on the stock PCM deal. I figure the extra PCM is worth the $150 alone.

Yep, thats what you get, a tune on a new (at least to you) PCM core for your truck. No sending PCMs back and forth, you have a stock tune and a performance tuned one now!:D

Do theey have a tune for the neww '07 models? I have a brand spankin' new LT with the GU6 gearing and I would like it to be a little better with mpg, power, response, and shifting. Will a tune do that for me?

Thanks,

JBest to call. From what I've read, the 06 tune is pretty new. Not sure on any changes between 06 and 07 in the PCM department. Maybe you could be a guinea pig.

07 tuning is available only if you send in your PCM :)

We are doing them for the same introductory $99.

I don't have any 07 TB' PCM's yet.. They are still to new to get so you'll have to send yours in to us. The good news is we give a free complimentary overnight return on the PCM.

I've been a member here for a little while, mostly just reading as I haven't really had much to say. I will say thanks to everyone that does post, as I have learned a lot from this site.

After reading the threads on tuning, I called Kelly at PCMFORLESS and ordered a tune for my '06 LT... I got the tune on Friday and installed it...I must say, just reading about it does not do this tune justice! It feels like a totally different vehicle! Thanks Kelly and PCMFORLESS you guys were great to deal with and delivered everything as promised!! Now the only problem is that after seeing the difference a tune made in my TB, my girlfriend is begging me to get one for her '03 TB. I guess it's time for me to call Kelly again... :)

Theres actually a guy here local to us that rents cars to make rear-seat delete kits. Theres a company out west that rented one to develop a turbo kit for a car.. Now that is risky and pretty stuiped!!

Alvin, I got my tune and it's great. I told you I was looking for a CAI before I got the tune, and my question is when I put the intake on will the truck perform much better? P.S. I got the K&N FIPK and it should come today or tomorrow.

I think it's a noticeable difference. We put an aftermarket air filter on our truck and wow it felt even better :D

Thanks, I'm really excited to get my CAI and even more excited to feel how good the tune is with CAI. I haven't filled up with premium yet and I got the dual tune, so in the next couple of days with the CAI and premium fuel I should get quite a boost.

I have the GU6 gearing, which is great for high speed but I would like the take off to be better. I am hoping that a tune could help out with this, so....can it?

Yes most definitely, that along with the shift firmness are the two things you feel instantly. The throttle response is sooo much better. No more squishy pedal feeling.
