Hi,

I just ordered the GF lowering springs and was curious if the bumpstops need to be/should be cut. If so which ones and how much?

The springs come with install instructions that tell you how much to cut off of what. I think you've got to cut both front and back.

Can you scan and post the instructions? I want to see what the instructions look like before i buy the springs

i just finished a ground force kit on my 02. you have to cut 1 1/2" off the front and 2 3/4" off of the back. it was a very easy install, and was well worth it. i borrowed a set of spring compressors from a buddy, which you have to have, and did the install in about 2 1/2 hours. now my 22's actually look like 22's and not 20's. good luck

I think they have to be trimmed so that you don't "bottom out". Basically allowing more downward movement when you hit bumps.

i only cut the back figuring i really wouldnt have a problem with it.
