But I've had a hard time finding a good deal on a TBSS in the charlotte area. I've searched high and low on autotrader, carmax, local dealers, etc and can't find anything i'm looking for.

Ebay seems to be the best place to find SS's but i'm leary of buying something sight unseen.

I suppose it would be easier if I would bite the bullet and buy it new however I'd much rather get a 06 with less than 10k miles to advoid that instant depreciation hit.

I would be hoping to trade in my 05 Trailblazer with 25k miles + 10-12k for a 06 TB SS in either blue, white, or grey.

Where did you guys find your SS?

My dealer had 7 or 8 when I bought mine two months ago. There at least 2 06 LTs left and 1 06 LS. With the GM rebate I was about $10k off sticker.

Ya it was crazy the whole back area along the fence was packed with them. All those and they still had to dealer trade for one with Navi for me not one of them had it.

I need to go get pics one day of all them sitting there.

100% sure they were i looked at them all looking for one with Navi, which none had.

Detroit area always has the most rare cars then any other state, no different then when lightnings came out or Zo6's or anything else.

Ya i walked through them a couple of times 2 weeks ago when i was shopping for mine. Hard to believe not one had navi though and i looked in the window of everyone.

With trailblazers and SS's they have 256, so ya they have a few =).

Crazy, I probably would've been drooling all over them anyways. I saw one around here a few weeks ago and I wanted to just follow it around. Thought that may be a lil suspicious so I kept on my own merry way.

I'm actually looking for either a used one or a 06 left over.. Not to many people noticed that in my first post I guess .. I'm really looking to get around the depreciation hit you get by buying a brand new model!

Ya i was suprised to, i have friends in other states that say the same thing that there dealer might have a couple if that.

If anyone needs one contact Jeff there, he's a great guy and has always been honest and upfront with what the payments will be with tax and everything else. I never had anything change once from the start getting my vette or this.

I bought my boat off Ebay, the seller was actually only about 2 hours from me so I set up a meeting and we actually did the deal privatly so no extra Ebay fees for him and I got to see the boat first. But I do have a friend who bought a Jeep sight unseen and it looked great on the outside but when he got it the rear diff was all screwed up and the thing would not go more then 45 mph:eek: So yeah just be careful with Ebay
