Picture Request...

I'm soliciting if anyone with a Trailvoy that is colored SILVER BLUE METALLIC to post some pictures or link to some pics. I've found a stupid good deal on a 2006, but I want to scope out the color before I drive (about 200 mi...well worth the price) to go get it. I've seen a couple pics, but I'd like a good variety before I decide... there aren't any around here to scope a peek at... I've seen a couple on here, but was wondering if there were any additional photos so I can get a good idea of what it looks like, and whether I like it or not.

I agree, if its that baby blue color i really wouldn't buy it.BUt its ur $ and ur TB so if you feel comfortable w/ the color go for it. Don't buy it b/c its cheap, later you might hate ur self for it.Buts my :m2:

I searched all over the internet and could not find even ONE that color. I know it's available (msn-autos only showed it available for the 2006 model year, only one year in production!?!?) but no pictures! Sorry, I looked.....

I agree. In general the color IS nice but it doesn't look good on the TB.

Don't be a bunch of douche bags, of course I searched this site, :rolleyes: and that's where I saw the pictures I previously mentioned. That having been said, I just wanted additional pictures just to get a better idea of what it looks like.

My initial impression was that it's a nice color....do I want it on my TB-not likely. :ugh: I was hoping someone would have some other pictures so I'd be better able to form my opinion. I didn't want to go buy a new TB and end up hating seeing that color every day, nor did I want to prematurely judge something that I've only seen one or two pictures of.

I saw a baby-blue TB the other day. We were driving opposite ways so I didn't get to stare for too long. It's not a bad color I'm just not sure a man would look right driving it. :m2: If you find another pic, post it up for all to see! :)

I did try to find some other pics on the net to see if I could help you out, I wasn't trying to offend you in any way. I just saw one in that exact color last evening. Nice color for a car but not on an SUV, just to much of it on a TB to look good.:no:

Yeah, that Imperial Blue, I think it's called is REALLY nice, not quite as dark as the Indigo Blue they had as well, though that one is nice as well.

There's a new guy here on the forum that just got a new 07 with that new blue and the 18" polished wheels :drool :drool :cool:

I'd take that light blue any day. I love a challenge. Lowered correctly, sitting on 20's, No roofrack and totally debadged. I even have a few ideas for the back that I'm even thinking for mine that would work great on that one.

Carter Chevy (http://www.carterchev.com) in Shelby, NC gave me the quote, if anyone is interested in picking one up that color. It's a nicely loaded LS, 6disc, Sunroof, etc. The price was fantastic, neighborhood of $20K. They were taking over $7K off an MSRP of $26ish. I think they want to move it because of the color not being that popular. They have another 2006 on their lot, but no 2007's yet.

Edit: I think the site is being strange, I tried to add this post like four times.. Grrr...

They still had that color in 06. A wonderful fingernail polish look for the ladies...:D
