Just wanted to collect your opinions and experiences. If you were to purchase a T/B Ext....with all options the same, would you opt for I-6 or V-8 power...and why??? Would you opt for say...an I-6 w/3:73 or a V-8 w/3:42. I myself am a throttle junkie who needs a multi-purpose SUV style vehicle, but I have to "watch my coins"....What's your opinion???

AS has been stated by a few people before, you're probably going to use as much gas with the I6 as you will with the V8 on the EXT, with the extra weight to lug around. Might as well have the torque to go with it. Sure its an extra $1500 up front, but think of the smile you'll have on your face when you hear that V8 rumble. :)

Bingo. In the end, gas mileage will even it out.
