Electric cutouts?

A couple questions on electric cutouts:

Are there noticeable performance gains, or just sound?

Are there separate kits to put on an existing exhaust or do you have to purchase a complete catback kit?

Who makes a good kit, where can you purchase one?

Any other ideas or opinions on Electric cutouts are welcome.

go to quick time performances website and learn everything you need to know about cutouts, but iam hear to tell you, myself and multiple others didnt gain any performance from doing this. i only gained 2hp/2tq.
