So after a month of having my tune in, I started the truck up tonight and the SES light was on. Does that mean it's time to take it in and have the CASE relearn done now?

An SES light can be for a hundred different things...you need to have the code read first before making a plan.

Well I stopped at the local Autozone during lunch today and they scanned the code for me. It says: P1336 Manufacturer Control. Ignition system or Misfire. Will the CASE Relearn take care of that? I'm afraid of taking it anywhere, I hate for either the dealership or a mechanic to reflash the PCM back to stock. I think I'd cry...
