does any one have custom headers on the I6. i am thinking about getting a pair, and is yours bolt on or weld. also does any one have a high flow after market cat and is it worth it what difference doe sit make?

Do a search, it has been covered extensively. In a nutshell, no one currently makes headers for I6. Several companies have said "they would if there was interest but our marketing guys say there isn't".
Cats I don't know about.

im talking bout a custom bent headers. one garage said they would make them for me for 350-400...but i want bolt on headers not weld on...because heaven forbid if ne thing happened to my engine they would have to cut the welds and i would have to get them welded on. another garage said they would do the same headers for the same price but bolt on the tact it to the manifold to keep it from loosening just want to noe what ppl perfer
