I got quoted 700 bux to have a custom one built - and that's just nuts...

If you haven't yet, PM Belunt. He makes custom enclosures and should be able to hook you up. Do you already have a specific sub in mind?

are you talking about the cargo space on the rigth in the trunk?:undecided

:dielaugh: I'd say so

You've all got PM/IM, and yes I'm currently working on a variety of enclosures for the rear cargo area. After testing various ported/sealed/bandpass designs, I'm getting closer to have a finished product out for each of the three with the woofers I'm testing and the flexibility build wise to adapt for various other subs. More info in my vendor thread to come shortly.

i am having a custom fiberglass enclosure built for the back of my trailblazer. I am having it built to fit 2 12" subs with an am mounted in the middle and painted the same color as my trailblazer for around 225.00 shipped to my door.

i got the box off a guy advertising on e-bay. he does good work. only thing is he did not clear coat it, but that was probably part of my fault in mis communitcation, but it is painted the same color of the trailblazer. it holds 2 12" subs, and a amp. his name is robbie and his e-mail is robbie77c@aol.com.

Be sure to post some pics up. I just have a pretty traditionaly box taking up lots of room in the back...I'd love to get ahold of a custome enclosure, although I'm trying to run 2 12's. I guess If you're going to cut sheet metal on one side, you could on both sides. Great looking finished products guys.

i will post some pics after i get it installed. it is still sitting in my basment. i am still working 2,000 miles away from home, and have yet to have the time to install the sub enclosure.

i wouldn't be happy with a 0.8 cube box for a 12" sub, even 1 cube is a little small but I'm dealing. however i can understand not wanting to take a sawzall to your truck :)

I too have two 12" subs sitting in garage just waitng for install, I just don't want the box, need the space. I'm waitng for a good enclosure for 12's.

Did you keep your factory system or was that changed as well? nothing stock about it. My frame of thought is that if you are going to add more than a ~200w sub to your car then rip it all out.
