You will send the ECU and TCU that are located together under the hood.

Yep, what Bill said. One is ECM other is TCM.
Please let me know how you like their tune!! I need to send mine off to them. Are you getting the performance 87 tune? I'm interested to see if you get any surging with the DOD. Alvin has told me it won't be an issue. Mine with the Wait4Me tune surges like crazy on the highway if the road isn't perfectly flat. Pisses me off to no end!

I am getting the 87 tune with a #1 for shifting. I pull a 3000lb trailer 3-4 times a month. I am also getting the Efan thing enabled.
I get minor surge with a K&N intake on the highway with my DOD.

I would get #2 shifts, believe me they are perfect. Never harsh, nice and smooth at part throttle yet at WOT they are nice and firm. Thats my 2 cents.
Surging, do you mean like the engine rpms fluctuating from like 2400-3000rpm and back down? If so I get it like MAD!!!!

I don't get a surge like that. Hell at 80mph i am only pulling 2200rpm with 3.42 gears...

The DOD surging doesn't happen at any certain RPM. It happens with the engine goes from 4 cylinder mode back to 8 cylinder mode. If you're going down the interstate sometimes the DOD can switch off and on several times in a short period of time so it can get very annoying.

I can feel a buzz in my brake pedal when it is in the 4cyl mode. A very small surge as well. The K&N intake amplifies it...

If you have aftermarket exhaust then you hear it more too.
