If you are a PCMforless customer and have a issue big or small PLEASE try to talk to us first so that WE can help you quickly and efficiently. So before you take it public by posting it here try giving us a call, sending us a PM, or email. Its only common courtesy to let us fix it or correct the issue FIRST before bringing it to the attention of everyone.
By posting without first trying to get an answer from us you are causing confusion and scaring people away from what is a good thing. Why do I say that? well look here

Trust me, there are no issues with our product or service that have not been a result of
1. Jumping the gun
2. Not following instructions that come with the PCM
3. Not related to our product/service at all.
Don't believe me? Search and try to find a issue that wasn't resolved quickly.
Thank you, I honestly find this really rude. Almost like when you jump the chain of command FIRST to get a problem solved.
Now if we can't fix you up one way or the other feel free to come on here and chew us out.. but give us a damn chance first!
