I have had my tires rotated twice since getting the vehicle and as such the tires are 2 spots off from where they started. Now the tire pressure monitor is all screwed up as the tires are labeled in the wrong configuration. Is there an easy way to resolve this without a trip to the dealer?

Yeah, read you manual and perform the reset procedure.
