So Cal meet? DubShow March 18th.

Although we've tried to meet a couple of times in the past and had no luck, here's a meet where if no one shows up who cares!:thumbsup: I've communicated with EnvoyKid and soon hope to talk with a few others about meeting the day of the Dub Show in L.A. It starts at 11:00am on Sunday March 18th. I'm not to familiar with the surroundings of the L.A. Convention Center, but I figure someone can reply with a reasonable meeting spot close to, or in the area of the Convention Center. A Denny's, or some kind of eatery would be fine. I'm thinking maybe sometime between 9 and 10 so we can checkout each others TV's and steal mod ideas!:yes: :woot: And, like I stated earlier, if no one shows, the Dub Show is still worth the trip!:D This could turn out to be a nice lil meet ! hope to get some feed back from everyone!! yea im down for that. i live about 15 min from the convention center. its always crazy down there especially if there is some kind of show like the dub show. There is some places like a McDonalds really close to the cenvention center, but then everyone will have to drive a couple blocks to the show.

most vacant lots are rented out for paid parking lots during events, and they get pretty crowded so to have a meet there will be difficult. it will be hard to find a spot to meet and also be close enough to walk to the convention center. i can probably take a drive around there to scope the area, and get back to you. BTW i really want to see your envoy in person

Sounds like a good idea! Convention Center, Sports Arena, All that area gets jammed packed after the show, till cops devert traffic to the freeway (110 harbor fwy) but there is spots around there to meet up. We'll see wuz up as the day get's closer....:woot:

alright sorry about the wait guys.............The McDonalds i was talking about is .83 miles from the convention center and is at 201. W. Washington Blvd. I figured McDonalds wont care becuase we wont take too long, and i dont think it will be a huge group. If anything ill go in and buy a Big Mack. Plus i really think all the lots will have valet parking, for the dub show, jewerly district, fashion district, ect.... im going to drive around one more time in some other places and see if i can find a bigger parking lot. Also guys i dont know what time you guys are planning to meet up, i have a soccer game at 10:15 that day, :o im sorry guys i thought it was at 8:15 that day so i thought i was safe, but i was just told it is at 10:15. so i might not even be able to meet with you guys depending on the time you plan on meeting.
