Hotchkis will help. What did you use to lower it with?

Wow, always wondered what I looked like. Definitely feel the roll when taking turns fast.

Poly uerethane bushings help tremendiously, along with Front and Rear sway bars.

I've seen the bushings on ebay a few times. I would try them first and if it doesn't improve enough...then go with the sway bar.

i used ground force to lower it.....i still need to cut my stop bumps but im unsure by how much and also in what shape to do them....
so i take it an aftermarket sway bar kit would help then?? ive crashed my car once, and ive seen mannnnny rolled over envoys and traailblazers in kuwait, so wouldnt want to do anything like that again

gf docs says to cut 2 3/4 inches off of the rear bump stop. you end up with a bumpstop 2 inches tall
also says to cut 1 1/8 off of the front bump stop on the struts

to tell you the truth, I haven't seen them either. I paid a mom & pop shop to install them for me and they butchered my car. I looked in the box when I got home and along with my old springs were the rear bumpstops, they never cut them and put them back, even though I specifically told them 3 times what to do and highlighted the paragraph on the instructions... anyway I have cut the rears myself and I'm HOPING they at least didn't remove the fronts... :duh:

Won't hotchkis sell you some direct as replacements?
Hotchkis uses Energy Suspension bushings and grease, which are available at Pep Boys and I believe AutoZone (might be Advance Auto Parts...always confuse those two). I wanted to re-grease mine before re-installing them and the nice Hotchkis rep mentioned that's who's bushings they used when I was one the phone with them.
Just remember to check the size stamped onto the side of your existing bushings or measure the bar.....GM used both 43 & 41 mm bars in 2002.

I had no problem buying a spare set of bushings from Hotchkis. Of course I did mention I have a Hotchkis kit.
Front bushings for my 2002, part number is 21810113, and they were $5.60 ea. The part number for the rear bushings for the bigger Hotchkis bar is 21910113 and they were $4.92 ea.
My Hotchkis kit did come with Energy Suspension grease for the bushings, so that's likely the source like ylab said. Another company, Prothane, lists them for the stock front and rear bars. I've seen a dealer selling those on eBay, not real recently though.
