Well I finally did it! Black on black TBSS AWD LT loaded except for DVD.
Heres the deal I got. Please let me know how good or bad it is.
MSRP: 40,900
Invoice: 38,300
5,000 down from my trade.
2,000 lease cash.
905$ due at signing (first payment and DMV fee's)
39 months 10,000 miles/year 384$/month
Price of buyout if I wanted: 24,299 ( is this even negotiable?)
Ill post pics when I get it.

I was at a dealer the night before and with the same deal it was 433$ Good thing I left and went to the other place.. saved 49$/month

Looks pretty decent to me. But the buyout price, that wouldn't be negotiable. It is called the residual value, what they estimate the vehicle to be worth at the end of the lease. It is a percentage of the initial price of the vehicle. Unless something changed since I sold cars, that price isn't negotiable.

Herein lies the problem with leases...I hope you plan on turning this in after the lease because I seriously doubt the vehicle is going to be worth ~24K after 3+ years. If you do purchase at end of lease, you will be paying close to 45K after all is said and done.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I plan enjoying mine. I plan on going to dealer tomorrow to either purchase or order mine.

Well I didnt want the 622$ payment for 5 years. It works out better for me this way. I know after the lease is up and it isnt worth that Ill just turn it in! Only way I could get this truck is with the low payments. and its gonna be worth every penny IMO

anyone know if after a lease you can use GM card points towards the final purchase? If so Ill be getting one shortly

Got my SS last night and man I love this truck! :D only has around 70 miles on it right now and im waiting till around 500 to push it some!

I've debated so many cars for so long, I keep coming back to the TBSS3 AWD. This really seems liek a smart car.
