New TBSS right down the street.

Can you believe it. Have not seen many TBSS's in the New Orleans area. I surprisingly spot one a few weeks in the area I live. I take notice because it's the first I have seen, obviously other than mine. I was going in the opposite direction so no chance to maybe chat to the driver.

A few days back I decide to take another route home and as I am coming down my street from the opposite direction I normally take, I see this black TBSS in a driveway at the end of my block. So as usual if I need to find out anything in the neighborhood, ask my kids to go investigate.

Sure enough the neighbor just bought one. Well how many areas do you think have two TBSS's on the same street? Well having something kind of unique did not last too long.

Haven't ever met my neighbor, looks like a perfect intro oppurtunity.

Oh well not a real 'heavy' subject but just thought if might bring a chuckle.

I saw one over the weekend in my neighborhood, next street over, I slowed to check it out and noticed it was an open house. Not sure if a buyer or the Realtor owned it.

That is kind of strange. In my neighborhood, there are three of us within 3 miles of each other although we rarely see one another. I normally see the other two when I'm not in my TBSS.

One of them belongs to member Lounge Lizard and, I invited the other owner to come check out Trailvoy last Friday when we ran into each other at the dealership. :thumbsup:

i dont have any around here there are more srt8's around(3) silver, black and red and i have met 2 of the guys one was a copmlete arse which i want to race after my mods are done this year and the other is reall cool guy so i am still kind of unique in my area

Tell me about it! When I first started looking for my SS at the begining of the year, I hadn't seen any around. :ugh: On the way to pick mine up, I saw 3 of them! Go figure! :sadcry: I thought I would be the first around my town, but I guess everyone was waiting for the weather to break here in Chicago to bust their's out. :hissy:

I was the first in my area to have one and turned a lot of heads because people had no idea what they were. One kid asked me who had a TB what company made my bumper and where he could buy one..:duh: . Since I bought it one year ago I have only seen one other one in my town driving around but I havent seen it in awhile so I dont think they live here. I have also seen a couple others driving on the highway but thats it. So im glad im still unique. :D

I hadn’t seen any around here either, then, last Sunday saw two black ones (like mine) within 1/2 a mile and 1/2 an hour, one at the restaurant where we ate, and one at a shopping center!

Thats what is great about the SS... They're unique. However about a month after I bought mine, my neighbor 3-4 doors down bought one exactly like mine. Other than his, I can count on one hand the number of SS's I have seen on the road.

I picked mine up last year as well, thinking no one else in the area would have it. About three weeks later I see one driving down a road in my town and of course I am not in my SS, but I decide to follow him anyway. Turns out its a friend of mine at the firehouse. Small world.
