After this past weekend was a bust, my brother and I are heading to Commerce Dragway friday night. He's got a blown M3 Beemer that runs pretty good , But I still think I can take him!:undecided It does'nt matter though! I'm going Drag Racing!:woot: Any body else want to go? Comon guys lets go have a helluva good time! :D Gates open at 6:00!

Why do people make plans when I head out of town! haha I'm not in town any weekend for the rest of this month but ppl better make some plans in APRIL!!! Hey TOM- how much feathering do you have to do coming out of the hole?

Well, Its seems that on the street quite a bit! Really depends on how much gas I have in the tank! If I'm around a quarter tank or less and I flash the converter it lights em up pretty good, But if I have 1/2 tank or more and just nail it I hooks pretty good. I think at the track with a good dry burnout I should be fine. We'll see Friday! Joe ... We're gonna get together one of these days! :crazy:

I'm a newb here, just lurking till now. I just wanted to ask about Commerce.
Can you get more than one run in on Friday nights these days?
I'm planning on heading out that way here shortly to get some times in with my Dakota. I want to try to hit it on a weekend where I can get some runs in on a Saturday too.

I've never been too commerce but practically anytime in april im good to run any weekend, and also for a bit in may before i miove home

I have been to Commerce several times, but mostly on Saturdays. I have only been on a friday once. And I run my '71 Chevelle, not the TB. (That is for towing the 'Velle, haha).
I think it does get kinda crowded on Friday nights, so unless things have changed, you might be lucky to get 2 runs in tonight. And if someone spills fluid or something on the track, you can pretty much go home. Unless you are already stuck in the staging lanes and can't get out.
