uneasy recover after rev

i've noticed after a rev in park my engine sounds like it is going to shut off but recovers.It drops significantly below the idle then bounces back up..Is there a reason for this or is it just the engine..when i hear the sounds clips people post it doesn't seem to be an issue for them..i was going to try cleaning my throddle body because i saw in another thread that it helps idle but is there a bigger problem im missing? thanks

My Envoy does the same thing and I too am wondering if this is normal for everyone

thanks im going to use that deep creep stuff and attack the throttle body this weekend with the help of the how to
