View Full Version : Saw a TB SS on the road today

Saw this TB SS on the road in the Dayton OH area today. Called a few dealers to see whom it belonged to. No one would claim it.:eek: They said it probably belonged to the Moraine factory. I can't make out the license plate (when I enlarge it the pic gets too fuzzy) but I think it ends in GM.

Pics are poor, but hard to drive and take pics at same time.:eek: Also, did not have window down, so could not hear the exhaust :mad: :duh:

Man, I though about it. He was in right lane turning right, and I was in Left lane turning left. This is a major intersection in the area, and if I coulda done a U I woulda, but suicide is not on my list of things to do today.:laugh:

That is nice a accent, but I think without a roof rack looks much sexier. At least it has a different style roof rack compared to the other TB's :yes: . Nice Pics!

1st thing I noticed was the chrome rack. I think it looks sweet.
He must be GM. What state are the plates?

That rack looks like the "chrome appearance package" rack from the 2006 Buick Rainier. I have been toying with the idea of putting those chrome side rails on my Envoy, but haven't really looked into locating them.

They build the Rainier at Moraine too, so those side rails would probably be an easy mod if you were a GM exec...

Yeah, the last two on that plate are GM.
The roof rack was the forst thing I noticed when I looked at the picture. Its not the worst thing I have ever seen, but the SS looks better without the rack IMHO.

Yeah, driving my wife's van. Was at the Honda dealer scheduling an appointment for a vibration problem. They charge $68.00 just to diagnose:mad: and no discount on parts:cry:
