I have a 06 trailblazer, will the Tow Hooks from 05 and other trailblazer fit.
Also why did GM stop putting them on?
Do you have the GM part number.

I didn't know they were avail from the factory :confused: gotta check into that, I would like a set.

I was told that if you put the car on a Hoist that there is No problem putting them on, that you can work from under and there is nothing to remove just secure to the frame.
Just going by what someone told me?:confused:

They are still available, just not standard. It's a $40 option.

Not so :nono:...You'll have to pull the bumper cover off to install (or take a look at how I did it in the thread I previously posted) :duh:

I have an 06 TB 4x4. I was checking at the dealer for the hooks, but they are like $45 each.
Anyone know of any ones for cheaper? I would really like to have them for when I hit up some trails and camping.
btw is there such a thing as a whinch that hooks into trailer type hitchs?

You can get mounting plates that go into a receiver hitch that you then mount a winch to. I haven't seen any winches that are set up this way when you buy them, but then, I don't go winch shopping...
