Long Island Shops

whats up guys... just poking around.... cant seem to find any shops on long island that can/willing to tune an 07 AWD tbss....

anyone know of any... (i would rather not go all the way to NJ to get a tune, if you know what i mean..)

There are a couple of places that come to mind; you'll have to call them to see if they've done any SS mods. I'll post more if I think of any.

i know there is a place called, Vette Doctors... out in amityville, or somthing like that...

ive called numberous amounts of times, but they never return my calls...

im gunna give corvette connnections a call.. thanks for the number..

i dont think SK has any bays in their lindenhurst place... ive been there once or twice..

S-K is prolly your best bet, and if they don't they'll point you in the right direction.

I used to ride Dirt bikes in Selden off 112 back in the early 80's, and still have family all over Long Island

I called the Vette Doctors they didnt seem to know much about TBSS's. They told me they specialize more in Vettes and F-bodies. I live on Long Island too back but am starting to think Tom's River NJ isn't too far for the right shop. The feedback for Tune Time seems very good.

Check out TKS Performance they are located on Railroad Ave. in Huntington. Ask for Taso (the owner) 631-424-3640 A friend of mine uses him for his Audi A4 and 911 Turbo. I spoke to him briefly about tuning the SS and he told me that it was not a problem. Didnt get into details with him:thumbsup:
