Just hoping one of you photoshop guys could do me a favor. I want to see what my truck would look like without mouldings, debadged, and without mouldings and debadged. If someone is up to the homework assignment, I would greatly appreciate. Take what you think is a good pic to use from my gallery.

My vote, Andrew? Debadged. Or maybe you could remove the Envoy XUV and just relocate the gmc logo to the center, right above the license plate. I'm not 100% on the moldings yet, since they're body color anyway and the silver kinda matches your rims. But I removed my moldings if that tells you anything. :m2:

forgot about those. I'm thinking the pinstripe has to come off too
badges were a must, there was so much black gunk around the edges, it looked horrible. no way to clean it off without shaving it.

Thanks, a little cocky but that's all good! The now wifey wasn't all that crazy about it when I first got it as she was the girlfriend back then. But don't expect for me to be changing it to my initials and hers anytime soon now that we are in fact married. :raspberry

Yeah, that ish is lame. I was going to get an FOP plate when I bought my EXT, but the colors didn't match well. So I got a black D.A.R.E. plate instead. Not to mention, I could imagine an FOP plate might get my truck keyed and kicked a lot. :mad:

Some idiot knocked my door opening theirs while I WAS INSIDE. Can't imagine what goes on when I"m not around... anyways, I'm keeping mine for functionality. at least it's color matched... I have a few dings already...:duh: even my front driver side fender. how on earth??... NYC is notorious for preventing you from trying to keep a clean new look...

I might take off the badges but definitely decided to keep the mouldings. They already have saved my driver side door from a couple of beatings.

I just got finnished shaving the badges and moulding off my 02 tb. it was easier then i thought. the badges were not as easy as the mouldings.......I do have a question, when i shaved off the mouldings I noticed that there was an excess of clear coat on the drivers front and rear door. (the TB was in an accident before i got it and never knew until about 6 months after and could do nothing about it). I am wondering if wet sanding it would blend in the clear coat? any suggestions?:( :mad: :duh: :undecided

Dealership add on, usually at a hefty price. :yes:
In my area, there are independent guys that go from dealership to dealership putting on pinstriping and other accessories.

Im glad I didnt get any pinstriping on my TB, as its white so only black IMO would look really good on it.

My TB came with pinstripes and I just don't know what to think of them... I thought they were std and never thought much about them and I still don't care about them... let it be till it bothers me, or I may learn to love them.:D

Yeah, I realize I like my cars a little flashy (Chrome and all) However, I'm not one for anything on the paint other than the clearcoat.
