Probably depends on how many times the truck he's looking at (in 2 years) has had a new tranny.:raspberry

I just looked mine up on KBB, I realize this is only a guide. Mine is a 2006 base LS with SS package, only option is side curtain airbags.
Private Party value:
Excellent: $29,200
Good: $27,700
Fair: $25,450
Now, this is in Hawaii, if that makes any difference, and I also realize that KBB doesnt usually reflect market value. But, not bad figures for a one year old base TBSS.
Also did a fully loaded AWD with all options, 10,000 miles and got the following:
Private Party value
Excellent: $33,600
Good: $31,400
Fair: $29,500

This page paints a sobering financial picture :( (http://autos.msn.com/research/vip/pricing.aspx?year=2007&make=Chevrolet&model=TrailBlazer)They're saying that 2007 Trailblazers will only be selling for $9K-$16K five years from now, depending on options...
