suspensionmaxx spacers problems?

i was looking into ordering the supermaxx spacers to try to got a small lift for looks and mostly to level out my tb. i like the way TexasTrail tb is set up more than stock but not too hight. i dont go off road much nothing that stock setup cant handle so i really dont need the bds lift not that i wouldnt love to have one but i am on a budget. i read alot of posts after i used the search for the spacers and i really didnt hear any bad things. Did anyone have any trouble with the stress on the springs or anything in the front drive line? Thanks
one more thing do you need new longer shocks when yo add new spacers?

They don't overstress anything, especially the CV joints. Because they don't actually do much. I took mine off to put on the BDS, but never had a problem.
