Admittedly, not only am I a new SS owner, Im also a bit new to groups like this- So please forgive me for any newbie errors.

Ive been doing a little reading on this board regarding tire sizes, and everyone seems to be quite helpful. Ive used the search tool and browsed the archives, but I need a little help.


Here's my question: Using the stock 20" SS wheel, what is the largest tire that will fit the rim and tire well? Id lke to stay around a 40-50 sidewall, nothing below 40. Any suggestions?

I'm not familiar w/the SS set-up; but the best thing for you to do is measure your clearances (f & r) punch in tire sizes on the followin website to see what tires fit into the clearances:
