Does anyone have anything solid on ordering AWD? I can't seem to get answers, the local dealerships (around me) are useless. A sales manager in Sarasota, FL (where my father lives) told him that they are taking orders, but it is still unclear how AWD would be ordered. His thinking was that Chevy might make it part of a package.
What has anyone learned about ordering AWD? You can't even configure an SS on Chevy's website.:duh:

Read somewhere that you need to start with a 4X2 TB on the chevy website and build from there.
I just tried to build one and no success either.
You just order 4WD and choose the 6.0L motor - the rest is taken care of for you. If you start with 2WD you will end up with a 2WD TB SS.

On GM Canada's website it lets you do it with AWD. :)

Dude, the Sarasota dealership is useless. I e-mailed the sales department on Monday requesting info, and I have heard NOTHING in response. That has to be a first, a car salesman who doesn't respond to an interested party???

Tell the dip****s to use the 4WD TB pattern, which I believe is CT15506. It's cake!
