I use a product called rejex on my wheels for all of my cars. Brake dust even has a hard time sticking to them. If you don't use that, wax usually works also.

On both my OEM polished wheel and Chrome 20" wheels I use PoorBoys professional polish and wheel sealant. Works for me and keeps the finish looking good. Easy to keep clean.

I buy most of my supplies from these guys. They ship quick

The wheels are clear coated by the factory. Treat them like painted wheels.

The wheels are polished and clear coated like almost very OEM wheel on the market for durability reasons. The other posts recommending waxing are a great advise for maintaining the appearance. Treat the wheels like the paint on the truck. Remember though, the high heat and temp. cycling along with the brake dust will remove the wax quickly, so wax more often than you would the rest of the truck.

Good Luck

If you want the best you can buy for them (don't we all for our babies :) ) then look into some ZoopSeal. That stuff works miracles on sealing polished wheels so they retain their luster for a LONG TIME.
