On an 03 it's probably time to change it all out. front and rear diffs, transfer case and transmission pan drop, filter change then flush through.

Already did all of mine .... not cheap and make sure the people know their stuff and get the correct spec fluids installed.

I'm not sure about the transfer case drain or pump out?

The Diff's have to be pumped out and the tranny needs a pan drop filter change and a pump out. FWIW I would let a shop do it and spend my time on doing other things like new style shifter handle, Speakers, Stereo, 07 rear wiper, interior LED's etc.

All of these fluids are messy, smelly and NOT environmentally friendly.

You can do it yourself, granted its messy and it takes some time for all the fluids to get changed. I wanted a shop to do it but when I saw the prices I made up my mind to do it myself. If I was you since you asked I would flush the coolant system, I believe that its recommended every 5 yrs or 60k.

Great point  I forgot that and it's a sign I'm getting old because I'm scheduled for it next week!:x

can Someone Tell Me Where I Can Check For This If I Need Fluid In My Transfer Case Or Differential Fluids In My Axles Where Can I See If I Need And If I Do Need How Do I Pour It In.....the Manual Doesnt Show A Good Picture Of Where This Is Located

The best investment you can make is having a repair manual. I have a Haynes manual and its not the greatest but it shows where everything is and outlines most procedures for you.
