Hello friends, new to the board, great information!

I just picked up an 05 Envoy and is about 2 months from the B to B warranty expiring. I am bringing it in to have the seal around the lic plate replaced and was wondering how I can make the most of this near to last warranty visit? Any common problems with the 05 I should point out to the service guys? my brother said to get the service bulletins for it but he didn't know how.....thanks for any advice.:thx

My 05 Envoy is in right now for an air compressor, sunroof module and a leaking transfer case. I understand there is one service bulletin out for door locks or something like that. Ask the dealer to check for SB.

Get it up on a hoist and look for leaks.

Most of these service bulletins will not be acknowledged by the dealer. The only service bulletins that they will act on are the ones that are listed against your vehicle on the VIS system.

The PCM program was updated after 05, the update is free under the warranty, about $80 after. U could complain about clunks and bangs under the 4 corners. U might get new sway bar end links
