05 Envoy warranty work done - what they did

Problem

1. air conditioner blowing hot air out of vents
2. leaking transfer case
3. sunroof creaks when opening and closing

Solution

1. compressor assembly replace
orfice
seal
seal kit

2. housing assembly, sunroof (module ) replace
module
harn-s/rf

3. seal, transfer case rear output shaft replace
seal
fluid
cleaner

Thats it for now, will take it to garage this week to check things over but everything seems to work fine.

I'm sure you'll be4 alright with the repairs; I doubt they want to see you back for the same concerns :undecided

I had my sunroof module replaced as well. I did some diagnosing prior to bringing it in for repair (even fixed it once myself). Seems the design had a plastic guide that would kink and the cable would pop out. There is an updated sunroof module that uses a steel guide so that the cable does not come out.
