Who has the most miles on their TB?
Maybe we should have a contest, the winner gets a gas card or free gift card from GM. What do you guys think?
BTW, I have an 2003 with 68k.
Mike
I'm far from having the most miles, as there a few here that are well into 100k+.
04 I6 just turned 67k

About 9000 on the Denali, and just below 12000 on the Jeep. Both run great.

I just found this site today to try and find a programmer for my 04 trailblazer and I came across this post so I thought I would reply. Anyways I have about 58K on mine. I work at a GM dealership and a guy that brings his envoy xl in for work/maintenance has over 287000!!! I thought that is pretty incredible.

WOW! I thought the 172,000 I had on my Nissan 240sx was good. At 287k, I bet he's replaced everything but the seat belts, right? LOL. Proof is right there, if you take good care of your Chevy, it will last.
On a side note, can a dealership hook up a TB and find out if the transmission fluid has been flushed? I just bought my TB used and have no history. I have 67k miles and I've heard that it should be flushed around this mileage. I don't want to spend $$ if I don't have to. Thanks for any advice.

TB ..78k.....But I have a 92 S10 blazer 4x4 w 273,532 miles... Have replaced cpi intake spider, alt, A/C compressor, Trans fluid, the oil is change every 3500/4000 only uses about 1/2q or less in that time frame. Just replaced org fuel pump at 268k. Have only had 4 sets of tires. Everything mechanical still works. This has been one of the best cars I have ever seen by any car maker. Even the Chevy and Ford dealers can't believe how great this car is still running. This car is driven not every day, but when it is. 40+ miles round trip to work. I drove it today to my parents house 150 mile round trip. Do the maintenance. Unless something happens should be running at 300k.....

boy sounds like my 1990 chevy lumina. i have 245,000 miles on it and drive everyday to work 78 miles round trip to work and gets 28 mpg still. everything works but the a/c and only uses 1/2 quart of oil every oil change.

Our 02 LS 4x4 just turned 82K a few weeks ago, still original brakes and have used Mobil 1 since 6K miles. No major problems, its been a really good truck, especially for a first model year.
