Anyone know the part number for the leather around the steering wheel.

To get the leather wrap-around, you'll need to order an entire steering wheel; not just the leather. You can re-use your airbag assembly though.
Also keep in mind that if your truck doesn't have steering wheel controls, you CAN NOT upgrade them without extensive modification.

iv seen cars with leather upgraded over the plastic.. maybe I can go after market on it..

Sure, you can, but it won't look as nice. Try eBay, I've seen a few brand new leather steering wheels (OEM) going for around 60 bucks. Which color do you need (black or tan)?

You know i bought a LS model, it had the leather steering wheel in it, ive heard that this was the base model, but i think i got some extra's in this.

Depends on what year yours was built. I believe only '04-'05 "LS/base" trucks didn't have the leather-wrapped wheel. '02-'03 all came with it IIRC.

Once again its GM at its best decontenting the TB. My TB is an 04 LS and I DON'T HAVE A LEATHER WRAP STEERING WHEEL :mad: . Geez GM...<walks away in disgust..>
