I just got a chrome bow tie, for the front grill....can someone please give me some info how to install it,thanks...pics of my ride come soon too. :eek:

Pull off the front grill by giving it a tug. It's held on by a few clips. On the back of the grill, the oem bowtie is held on by a nut, just unscrew it and the bowtie will pop out.

uh, just be REALLY careful if you do yank on it. I've heard of people breaking the clips off on the bottom of the grille.

yeah when i put on my grill insert i had to take the grill off. I thought that the clips were gonna break, but it turned out fine.

I got the clips of in the middle of the grill, but it didnt come off. How do I get that long piece that goes over the headlights off??? Does that part come off together with the whole grill?Is the clips there too? :confused: Thanks for the help.

Yes, the "long part" is attached to the grill. It is also held in place by clips. Just trust me...I've removed my grill a number of times.

There is 2 clips under your headlamps. use a flatblade screwdriver to get them out.
