It claims higher MPG but thats not my intrest. I have heard and the site also claims you can run regular in our prem. only SS's. Please spare the "snake oil" comments I was wondering if anyone runs this and if it works from real world exsperience?

Sorry, didn't realize you had no sense of humor.:weird: Bravo.

OK, here's my informed answer...for that much $$...I'd rather get a PCM tune for 87 or 89 octane....and that WILL work & improve your shifts (among other things).

I believe that this same product was also brought up here (http://forums.trailvoy.com/showthread.php?t=33498).

General consensus: not worth it / snake oil.
Even from what I have seen... not willing to shell out any cash to try it out.

I would like to know if it works... I saw that on a horsepower or two guys garage

I saw that on both Horsepower TV and Trucks, on Spike TV on Sunday mornings.

On HP TV, they actually dynoed it with an LS7 on an engine dyno.

They ran 93 first without the fitch, then with it. They then emptied/drained the gas tank and poured in 87. Ran it without the Fitch, then with it.

For both set-ups, it worked. It took less fuel to get the same, or better, results.

So whos gunna buy it first?..lol

Buying a tune like the other guy above mentioned is ofcourse the other alternative. if you realy can run 87 octane then it will pay for it's self within a year.

If it doesn't work they offer a 90 day money back guarantee. Maybe FFC might be interested in offering some up for some members to test and report real world results?

Popular Mechanics published an article on this subject line. They installed these things and dynoed before and after installation. Found the link:

Stylin Trucks sells that Fitch thing. They also sell a sparkplug called E3 that promises better performance. Anyone with these? Plug wire upgrades, etc?

I don't think they reviewed this product in particular in this popular mechanics article.

I tried emailing them to see if they might be interested in offering one up to test and report results. They wouldn't bite. They would however offer me their $20 version for free if I wanted to write a review. That version is for tanks 5 gallons or less in size and engines 25HP or less. I don't really think that meets the objective.....

Anyone willing to take one for the team????

It was horsepower I think. You would like to think that you could trust some of these shows to have integrity... but... I saw the Tornado being touted on one of them (don't recall which one). I guess there really is no limit to how far commercial interests can corrupt principles.

Anyway, as to this specific product, I make no claim as to it's validity or lack of credibility. I'm only saying we can't trust what we see on there.
