I've been searching the web for a while now trying to find an upgraded brake kit (calipers, rotors, pads) for the SS. I can find pads, I can't find drilled or slotted rotors for them or any caliper upgrades. Most places list the the non-SS rotors but all say excludeds SS. Can anyone tell me or give me a link to where I can find them for the SS. Thanks.

I was just reading on one of the other sites about a couple companies that offer kits for the SS. I think it's R1Concepts and BrakePlanet. They were also offering some pretty good prices. Check them out.

the brembo kit will fit the ss... if you've got 3 grand to burn. hopefully powerslot comes out with a +1 kit for trailblazers, would be way more economical way to upgrade

Could give Andy from ADM a shot. He was working on the Z06 conversion which has been dumped as of late. He still has a few brackets left and he can get the rotors. I think they are 150/ea for the brackets and 275/ea for the rotors. This is only for the front. You still have to buy the calipers which are around 300 each. Check parts4chevys.com. He might be able to hook you up with a good deal on the calipers.

I heard from the Trailblazerss website that a former member of this site (the one with a white tb that had a custom tbss front bumper with no dent on the middle) had the brembo kits but sold it because it does not fit on the SS rims.
However, he said the stainless steel brake lines were awsome!

The calipers would not fit. He used the rotors from the kit and fabricated some adaptor brackets for the Z06 calipers. Looks bad ass.

R1 concepts are the most popular of the two that are out there. Brakeplanet has a good set, though, from the one or two reviews on the forums from other TBSS websites. For around 350-400, you've got new rotors (slotted/drilled) and new pads. Nothing with new calipers, though.
