A friend of mine in the stereo business is trying to unload these before the end of the year:

MTX-RT15-44 DVC - $50 EA.

I MAY BUY TEN JUST TO HELP HIM OUT.

what you dont think 200 watts on sub will do anything. With a total of 400 rms i got a set of 15" ascendant audio atlas's to hit 140db. Not saying you can with these, but with the right enclosure, im sure you could find the right response curve.

Besides 50 for a brand name sub isnt bad, granted they wont be a JL or anything, but for someone just looking for some bass this is a great deal.

Il ask a guy at work if he is interested, i would get 1 or 2 just for the hell of it, but i dont have the space for any more spare audio equipment.

I agree, lower wattage subs are more effiecient, meaning you use less power to run them for the same SPL.

If a guy only has $50 to spend,1 15 " sub in the right enclosure will kick some serious sound out.

Thanks

These are a decent driver for someone with a small budget that just wants to enhance there sound some without going overkill like a lot of us.

I'll ask around and see if I can't get a couple guys to check these out

Just don't seed a watt over RMS to they will blow in a sec. And don't push the subs hard. Sound pretty good for $50 though.

RMS is all that matters my friend "peak power" is sometimes double rms, and alot of brands its whatever the company can imagine up.
