Great work, thank you very much. But...:)
FWIW, when I try to open the RPO PDF I get an error from Adobe Acrobat - "Bad encrypt dictionary".
Since I get it on my notebook and both of my desktops, I doubt it's just me, although I do have the full version of Acrobat Standard (v6.0.4) on all machines.

You will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat version which is v7.0.x. There is a link to the latest version on all the member resource PDF sections. Just follow this link to get the latest version: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
BTW, please don't post links directly to the PDF's. The page that they are locted on is ok. I am working on installing a download manger to fix that flaw. :x :)
Thanks,

Seems to me it should be backward compatable with older versions. These are the only PDFs I have ever run across that I cannot open.

These were security encrypted with the latest version so it would be harder to remove the branding. Sorry. The latest version of acrobat can be downloaded for free. The newer version seems to work faster too.
The PDF issue has been fixed now. They can been viewed with version 6 or above now.
